I was very inpressed with Pat. She responded right away, with a phone call, after I emailed my inquiry on a property, AND it was late in the evening. Several agents never called me back or even emailed me when I was interested in a property. I flew to Raleigh and she met me at her office that day. We hiked most of the day, all over the area as we looked at house after house. Pat is knowledgable, got us where we wanted to go and went out of her way to help me. Pat helped me find a lender and followed up with phone calls and explained everything as went. I bought a big house in Morrisiville, I like it so much. it is a beautiful house with good view outside. I bought it in lower price. Actually I had prepared to pay much more than the current price, I think it worth that. It is Pat that made good deal for me finally I bought this house in very lower price, not only the price but she also negotiated everything we find inside the house even the landscape outside the house, she is not only a good negotiator, she also help me to finish all the documents ,it save me lots of time.Even after I moved in ,she still follow up with me for my house to make sure everything is good.
